Perkantysis subjektas reikalauja, kad pirkimo sutarties sąlygų įvykdymas būtų užtikrinamas 3 000,00 EUR dydžio užstatu, pervedant jį į UAB „Vilniaus viešasis transportas“ (įm. kodas 302683277) sąskaitą LT57 4010 0424 0347 9130 Luminor Bank AB banke, arba neatšaukiama ir besąlygiška banko garantija, arba draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštu 3 000,00 EUR.

III.1.7)Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or reference to the relevant provisions governing them:

Transporto priemonių valdytojų privalomojo civilinės atsakomybės draudimo ir transporto priemonių KASKO draudimo paslaugų įmokos mokamos lygiomis dalimis kas ketvirtį, pirmai draudimo įmokai (kiekvienai transporto priemonei atskirai) taikant 30 kalendorinių dienų mokėjimo atidėjimą nuo draudimo poliso (sutarties) gavimo iš teikėjo dienos (transporto priemonių valdytojų privalomojo civilinės atsakomybės draudimo atveju) arba transporto priemonės įtraukimo į transporto priemonių parko KASKO draudimo polisą (sutartį). Likusios draudimo įmokos (kiekvienai transporto priemonei atskirai) apmokamos per 30 kalendorinių dienų nuo mokėjimo pranešimo iš teikėjo gavimo dienos.
