c) Declaración indicando que la maquinaria, material y equipo técnico del que se dispondrá para la ejecución de los trabajos o prestaciones, cumple los mínimos de exigencia requeridos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas y la las normativas de calidad, en la que se adjuntará la documentación acreditativa pertinente como son las copias de las fichas técnicas y de seguridad de productos, y la relación de los materiales, medios técnicos y maquinaria de que dispone la empresa para la ejecución del contrato.
d) Declaración sobre la plantilla media anual de la empresa y la importancia de su personal directivo durante los últimos tres años, acompañada de la documentación justificativa correspondiente.
