Provision of Apprenticeship Training Services across England.
NHS Shared Business Services is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of Apprenticeship Training Services to Public Bodies who pay the Apprenticeship Levy. Apprenticeship Training Services means the provision of Apprenticeship Frameworks and Apprenticeship Standards.
The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the ‘Regulations’). As such, the procurement of the Services is being run as a bespoke competition to establish a Framework. The CCG does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to Schedule 3 services. This opportunity is also being advertised on Contracts Finder.

The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the ‘Regulations’). The CCG does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to Schedule 3 services.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Organisations must be listed on the Skills Funding Agency's Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers in order to be considered for entry to the framework.
Section IV: Procedure
The Framework will be unlimited in that no limit will be placed on the number of Providers being appointed to the Framework.
NHS SBS may re-advertise and open further procurement processes to invite additional providers to be appointed to the Framework.
Contracts may be awarded through either Direct Award or Further Competition.

NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) wishes to establish a Framework Agreement (acting on behalf of its clients) for use by the following English bodies (and any future successors to these organisations) subject to the approval of NHS SBS:
