The services to be provided will include non-residential property consultancy, marketing the property, advising on the merits of offers received, negotiating terms and supporting EBA legal advisors as they draw up the legal documentation, and negotiating dilapidations liability.

The number of persons attending the site visit will be limited to 2 per tenderer.
