The ESMA, the ISS and the GSA are seeking to enter into a framework contract with the aim of setting up the services of a medical centre and an occupational medical practitioner. The medical centre will provide the necessary medical services for recruitment and annual preventive medical check-ups of staff. The occupational medical practitioner will provide the necessary medical services to meet the applicable requirements as regards health monitoring of staff. All these services are subject to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union and other applicable rules of the European Union.
Medical diagnosis centre for the necessary medical tests and analyses for recruitment and annual preventive medical check-ups of staff
The following list of tasks is indicative and not exhaustive. Under this lot, the medical centre may undertake to manage:
— pre-employment medical check-ups,
— annual preventive medical check-ups.
renewable 3 times under the same conditions (maximum duration: 4 years).
Provision of an occupational medical practitioner
The following list of tasks is indicative and not exhaustive. Under this lot, the occupational medical practitioner may undertake to:
— issue certificates of fitness for pre-employment medical check-ups,
— perform annual preventive medical check-ups,
— assess health and safety at work,
— meet the specific requirements and needs applying to vaccinations,
— become involved in any disability committees,
— provide advice vis-à-vis medical absences and verify said absences.
