The ESMA, the ISS and the GSA are seeking to enter into a framework contract with the aim of setting up the services of a medical centre and an occupational medical practitioner. The medical centre will provide the necessary medical services for recruitment and annual preventive medical check-ups of staff. The occupational medical practitioner will provide the necessary medical services to meet the applicable requirements as regards health monitoring of staff. All these services are subject to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union and other applicable rules of the European Union.
