The framework contract has a duration of 6+4 years, to guarantee the continuity of the provision of childcare services. Staff children can start attending a childcare facility even before the age of 1 and in Italy the legal requirement for formal education is the age of 6 years. In this way they will be able to complete their studies at the same provider
