The objective is to build on the experience gained by the grand coalition so far and to enhance, develop and extend the grand coalition partnership.

1. Scale-up the grand coalition for digital jobs with the objective of covering the full range of:

(i) digital skills, i.e. from basic to professional;

(ii) economic sectors; and

(iii) stakeholders/partners, e.g. businesses, Member States, education and training providers, employment services, civil society.

2. Ensure communication on the goals and achievements of the grand coalition with the objective of ensuring visibility and activating broad adherence and commitment to the initiative.

3. Provide organisational support with the objective of facilitating the smooth and effective functioning of the grand coalition for digital jobs and ensuring coherence, quality and delivery of the set objectives.
