Ostja maksab kauba eest esitatud arve alusel pärast tellitud kauba tarne teostamist maksetähtajaga 30 (kolmkümmend) päeva arve kuupäevast.
Kui edukal pakkujal ei ole püsivat tegevuskohta Eesti Vabariigis ja hankija peab seetõttu tasuma ostetavalt kaubalt/teenuselt pöördkäibemaksu, sõlmitakse hankeleping ilma käibemaksuta müügihinnaga ja tarneklausliga DDP, välja arvatud EV käibemaks.
