Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aufgrund von zusätzlichen, notwendigen baulichen Maßnahmen vergrößert sich der Überwachungsaufwand der Bereitstellungsfläche A1. Bei der Beauftragung eines zweiten AN ist die Verantwortlichkeit der örtlichen Bauüberwachung nicht hinreichend erkennbar, sodass eine Zuordnung der Verantwortlichkeit stark erschwert wird und die Trennung einer Verantwortlichkeit bei den ausgeführten Gewerken für Überwachungsleistungen nicht möglich ist.
