Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Bereich Dachstuhl Südlicher Verbindungsbau 2. OG musste nach dem Plan TB3-191 von SBC und TB3-192 im Bereich des Bodens ein Trapezblechboden erbracht werden. Darauf wurde nach dem gleichen Plan Trockenestrichelemente verlegt und ausgeführt. Durch die 2 Arten von Boden laufen vom Auftragnehmer verkleidete Holzbalken, sodass der Auftragnehmer die im Nachtragsangebot und Details zu sehende Ausschnitte erstellen musste. Diese Leistung war ursprünglich nicht ausgeschrieben.
