The service provider (SP) is required to (including, but not limited to):

• provide its services in cooperation with the EV teams responsible for the reports to develop the detailed content plan for each report;

• provide its services in cooperation with the EV teams responsible for the reports to review the messages, structure, length and content of each draft to guide the redrafting prior to submission of the evaluation report;

• undertake substantive and technical editing for the evaluation reports, all under intense time pressure.
