Bathymetric Charting and Processing for the MAREANO Program 2021
The contracting authority invites to a tender competition for the procurement of bathymetry data acquisition and processing for the MAREANO programme 2021.
The Norwegian coast.
Multibeam bathymetry data shall also be acquired during transit for crowdsourcing purpose. See appendix A.
The offered area included options (see chapter 1.4) shall be completed according to the time schedule. See Appendix F.
The supplier shall collect and deliver quality controlled hydrographic survey data in accordance with the requirements in Appendix B.
The estimated value of the contract is NOK 13 000 000. The estimates are exclusive VAT as the work is performed outside territorial limits (12 nautical miles) of the Norwegian mainland (there is no VAT at Svalbard).
Option 1: Parallel data acquisition with high resolution seismic or sediment echo sounder.
Option 2: Extension of the Work.
Option 3: The contracting authority is entitled to have a gravimeter with all its components on board the survey vessel during part or throughout the whole cruise.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
The tenderer must be registered in a trade register or company register.
The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
The tenderer must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order.
Confirmation that a standard bank guarantee will be delivered prior to contract signing.
A certificate that obligations have been complied with, not older than 6 months.
Requirement: The supplier shall have experience from similar assignments within multibeam bathymetry data acquisition and processing.
The tenderer must have competence, ability and capacity to carry out assignment.
The tenderer must have a good and well functioning quality management system.
A list of equivalent assignments.
A description of or CV of technical personnel the tenderer has at their disposal to fulfil the contract.
A copy of a system certificate issued by a certified company.
