The invitation to tender documents will be available for download at the address given in point I.1. The site will be updated regularly and it is the responsibility of tenderers to check for any updates and modifications during the tendering period.
All tenderers for lot 1, 'Theoretical and practical training services in the prevention of fire risks — Luxembourg' are invited to a mandatory site visit.
2 site visits will be organised in Luxembourg (meeting point at the main entrance of the Drosbach Building, 12, rue Guillaume Kroll, 1882 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG):
— 1 visit will take place on 24.4.2015 (9:30),
— 1 visit will take place on 29.4.2015 (9:30),
Each economic operator may only take part in 1 of these visits.
During the site visit, the tenderers will visit one of the buildings occupied by each institution, in order to have an overview of the different fire prevention and communication equipment used by each institution. 1 example building per institution will be visited.
Furthermore, all tenderers present shall receive a copy of the documentation that the institutions consider appropriate to submit a tender.
Tenderers will be issued with a certificate of attendance after the site visit.
