Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zusätzliche Leistungen: Die Berechnung ist zwingend erforderlich um die Aufstockung im Treppenauge T8 vom 3 OG bis zum 7. OG ausführen zu können. Auf den Vollgeschossebenen müssen für die Gewerke Modulgerüste gestellt werden. Ein Durchbau des Raumgerüstes über die Ebene würde die weiteren Arbeiten, z. B. Akustikdecke, behindern. Daher ist es besser diese Gerüste als Modulgerüst ausführen zu lassen. Das Sondergerüst wird vom 1 - 8. OG für die Geländersanierung gemäß dem Sanierungskonzept benötigt. Dies wird nach Erstellung der Wandschlitze umgebaut.Ein Wechsel des AN kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
