Technical secretariat for Fire Information Exchange Platform
Provision of a technical secretariat to support the Fire Information Exchange Platform (FIEP) of the European Commission.
The place of performance of the tasks shall be the Contractor's premises or any other place indicated in the tender, with the exception of the commission's premises.
The subject of the present call for tenders is to provide the necessary support for the governance structure set up within the context of the Commission's FIEP initiative (Fire Information Exchange Platform).
This governance structure is composed of a Plenary and 5 Project Teams (in short, PTs). The service contract comprises the provision of a technical secretariat and support services to the Plenary and the Project Teams. The focus of the Project Teams may be adapted according to the developments in the scope of FIEP.
The period of execution of the tasks specified in the contract is of 12 months, renewable 2 times for a period of 12 months, only with the express written agreement of the Contracting Authorities before the payment of the balance. The maximum total duration is 36 months. The maximum total amount for 36 months is 540 000 EUR (max. 180 000 EUR per year).

An authorised representative of each tenderer may attend the opening of the bids. Companies wishing to attend are requested to notify the sending of an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours in advance. This notification must be signed by an authorised officer of the tenderer and specify the name of the person who will attend the opening of bids on the tenderer's behalf.
