The Football Association (FA, the ‘Lead Authority’), together with The Football Foundation and The English Sports Council is undertaking a ‘Soft Market Testing’ exercise to help inform the future procurement strategy for the design and/or construction of ‘Changing Room Facilities’. The FA, with support from its external advisers, will be conducting a soft market test comprising the completion of a questionnaire and attendance at a ‘Meet the Buyer’ event. The purpose of the exercise is to gain market intelligence on best practice to help inform the most appropriate procurement strategy. Respondents are welcome from a variety of organisations including Consultants and Contractors who may be involved in similar projects required by the Authority. Respondents will have experience in the design and/or construction of modular buildings and of working in the leisure/sports sector.
