New Gorbals Housing Association: Provision of Communal Cleaning Services
New Gorbals Housing Association Ltd are seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement a stair and communal window cleaning contract. New Gorballs HA have a very mixed portfolio of domestic properties including traditional sandstone tenements, multi storey flats, and new build low and medium rise properties.
Gorbals district in the south side of Glasgow.
New Gorbals Housing Association are seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors to carry out their communal cleaning services including all associated balustrades and handrails, flooring and stairs, skirtings, lifts and architraves, all windows in the common landing areas will be cleaned. External close entrance steps and steps and plats leading to close entrances to be swept and mopped. The full contract requirement is stated within the attached invitation to tender document.
Option to increase the contract if further properties are procured by the association.
Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

A European Single Procurement Document has been provided for completion with the Invitation to Tender documents. The ESDP will be scored on a Pass/Fail basis. Bidders who fail the ESPD will not be considered for award of this contract.
