(1) Tenderers must provide at least three hospital references for deliveries relating to the supplies covered by the lot for which they are tendering, executed or in the course of performance during the last three years from the publication of the contract notice, each covering 812 000 gloves (per hospital over the three-year period). Tenderers must attach to their ESPD a table showing, for each of the references, the identity of the beneficiary, the dates and the quantities per year;

(2) Tenderers must provide at least three hospital references for deliveries relating to the supplies covered by the lot for which they are tendering, executed or in the course of performance during the last three years from the publication of the contract notice, each covering 157 000 gloves (per hospital over the three-year period). Tenderers must attach to their ESPD a table showing, for each of the references, the identity of the beneficiary, the dates and the quantities per year;

(3) Tenderers must provide at least three hospital references for deliveries relating to the supplies covered by the lot for which they are tendering, executed or in the course of performance during the last three years from the publication of the contract notice, each covering 121 000 gloves (per hospital over the three-year period). Tenderers must attach to their ESPD a table showing, for each of the references, the identity of the beneficiary, the dates and the quantities per year;

(4) Tenderers must provide at least three hospital references for deliveries relating to the supplies covered by the lot for which they are tendering, executed or in the course of performance during the last three years from the publication of the contract notice, each covering 66 000 gloves (per hospital over the three-year period). Tenderers must attach to their ESPD a table showing, for each of the references, the identity of the beneficiary, the dates and the quantities per year;

(5) Tenderers must provide at least three hospital references for deliveries relating to the supplies covered by the lot for which they are tendering, executed or in the course of performance during the last three years from the publication of the contract notice, each covering 162 000 gloves (per hospital over the three-year period). Tenderers must attach to their ESPD a table showing, for each of the references, the identity of the beneficiary, the dates and the quantities per year;

(6) Tenderers must provide at least three hospital references for deliveries relating to the supplies covered by the lot for which they are tendering, executed or in the course of performance during the last three years from the publication of the contract notice, each covering 125 000 gloves (per hospital over the three-year period). Tenderers must attach to their ESPD a table showing, for each of the references, the identity of the beneficiary, the dates and the quantities per year;

(7) Tenderers must provide at least three hospital references for deliveries relating to the supplies covered by the lot for which they are tendering, executed or in the course of performance during the last three years from the publication of the contract notice, each covering 600 gloves (per hospital over the three-year period). Tenderers must attach to their ESPD a table showing, for each of the references, the identity of the beneficiary, the dates and the quantities per year;

(8) Tenderers must provide at least three hospital references for deliveries relating to the supplies covered by the lot for which they are tendering, executed or in the course of performance in the last three years from the publication of the contract notice, each covering 62 000 gloves (per hotel, etc.) (see contract documents).
