The contractor shall design a base scenario for a tabletop exercise for key personnel of civil protection modules, TASTs, as well as a EUCPT and then plan and conduct 5 exercises on the basis of the designed model. Each of the exercises shall have a capacity of 26 participants (consisting of 20 key personnel of modules, 2 key personnel of TASTs or at least TAST trained plus 4 Union mechanism trained experts to establish an on-site coordination hub as part of the exercise). Each exercise shall last 2,5 days (travel time excluded). The exercises shall be conducted during the period October 2017 to September 2018. The actual dates must be approved by the Commission.
