Map services, data processing and data visualisation
The framework agreement is a successful one. Services relating to metiers and water data
For this lot, the aim of this contract is, in particular, to:
— evaluate indicators on agricultural diffuse phosphorus pressure and water bodies;
— produce indicators for monitoring water quality;
— conduct the collection and treatment of water measures;
— perform status calculations (MESO and Mesu);
— update business databases;
— dealing with large amounts of data (which may require the use of a calculation cluster);
Automate processing processes (scripts R, Python, etc.);
— feeding of evaluations, — producing maps or atlas of maps with water data;
— provide technical and methodological support to the Agency.
The minimum order amount for the duration of the framework agreement is EUR 166 667 excluding tax, i.e. EUR 200 000 (including all taxes). The “detail of the consignment one” presents an indicative roadmap.
Services relating to directives — frameworks (WFD and MSFD)
— Import and use the data of the PAOT in the osmosis tool;
— assist the Agency in updating and producing indicators for monitoring the SDAGE and Sage;
— providing input to evaluation reports;
— prepare the data in the CED reports (databases, XML files, ml);
— contribute to the design, feeding and administration of the database of the state of play of the Water Framework Directive;
— produce the SDAGE dashboard;
— performing various data processing operations and cartographic work on data relating to the framework directives (including work requiring the use of a calculation cluster);

— operate national APIS such as Hub’Water;
— treating large volumes of spatial data;
— establish indicators for the characterisation of benchmarks or works;
— performing various data processing operations and various cartographic work on reference data (including work requiring the use of a calculation cluster);
— providing 1st level training and support to users;
— provide technical and methodological support to the Agency

Design, installation and supply of an open source data visualisation tool
— design, in conjunction with the agency’s services, an open source data visualisation solution;
— achieve, through development cycles, the development of the tool;
— host the data visualisation tool used;
— carry out its deployment, feed and maintain it in operational conditions;
— ensure a technical watch on the components of the solution put in place;
— carry out training courses;
— provide for the full reversibility of the solution.
