The ERA and the CPVO wish to enter into a framework contract for the supply of office equipment for the Valenciennes, Lille and Angers offices. The tenderer will need to be able to provide all services related to purchasing office supplies, equipment and services for the daily use of the 170 ERA employees, the 60 CPVO employees and for additional requirements from time to time, as well as conference and meeting equipment for work meetings organised daily — roughly 400 per year, two thirds of said meetings involve 5–25 people and one third 25–50 people — and for certain major events — roughly 50 per year, involving approximately 50–200 people.
