Section II: Object
Europol seeks to contract a provider who will assist it by delivering in-class language training services to Europol staff upon request. Europol aims to provide in-class language training services for at least the following five official EU languages:
The training must be provided in the Europol Premises or in the contractor’s training location (which must be in the proximity of Europol Premises) as requested by Europol during contract implementation.
Europol’s needs evolve, so Europol may be interested in the future in additional languages and language training for specific business purpose if the tenderer offers these specific services in its tender.
The Hague, NETHERLANDS
The initial duration is 12 months. Automatic renewal up to 3 times as specified in the draft contract.
Europol may, during the 3 years following the conclusion of the (initial) contract, have recourse to the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice (Annex I, point 11.1.e) of the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the Union (FR)) for new services similar to those assigned to the party awarded this contract by the same Contracting Authority.
This option may be used if the language training needs of Europol staff increase in comparison with the estimation made before the start of the procurement procedure. The increase may not exceed 50 % of the initial estimated value of the framework contract.
