The purpose of this call for tenders is the selection of a service provider for a framework service contract delivering design, pre-press and printing services for ECHA external and internal publications as well as for any other additional promotional and informational material that ECHA creates.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The purpose of the contract is the purchase of design, pre-press and printing services for ECHA's publications and any other additional promotional and informational material that ECHA creates. ECHA publishes a wide series of publications targeted to different audiences. These publications are published online on the ECHA website; some of these are printed immediately after publication or on the occasion of certain events. ECHA also prepares a range of internal documents (manuals, guidelines, etc.) for the use of its staff. These documents are mostly published on the Agency's intranet, however, these might be printed as well. ECHA also prints a range of communication products for different events (posters, banners, post-its, etc.). In some cases ECHA also prepares conference materials (event programmes, flyers, invitations, badges, conference folders, etc.). ECHA is also planning to refresh its corporate visual identity in 2018.

By virtue of Article 134(1)(e) and Article 134(4) of the rules of application of the Financial Regulation, ECHA reserves the option to launch a negotiated procedure with the contractor chosen as a result of the present call for tenders for new services consisting in the repetition of similar services, during the 3 years following the signature of the original contract.
