Fusion21 is a social enterprise that promotes procurement as a means to achieve value for money and cost certainty while also creating social value outcomes for its clients.
Supply partners are required to commit in supporting Fusion21 vision and goals in achieving social value gains to improve social, economic and environmental aspects within the communities in which our clients operate.
Fusion21 is seeking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified painting contractors to provide 1) external cyclical painting services and 2) internal painting services. The services being procured may also include required repairs to properties prior to painting.

Contracts will be awarded to supply partners following a further competition process, all applicable supply partners will be invited to participate in submitting further competition bids for the duration of the framework period (48 months)

VI.3.2)Lodging of appealsPrecise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Fusion21 shall comply with the requirements of Regulations 29A and 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (which incorporates Directive 2004/18/EC into English law, as amended to incorporate the requirements of the Remedies Directive (2007/66/EC) when notifying economic operators of the outcome of this procurement. Fusion21 will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before expiry of the standstill period. Such information should be requested from the address in section 1.1. Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules may bring an action in the High Court. Any action must be brought promptly and in any event within 3 months of the challenging party being made aware of the breach.
