Multiple Framework Contract for Studies in the Fields of Social Policy and Employment Policy
The purpose of this call for tenders is to enable the Committee of the Regions to have at its disposal a framework contract in the fields of social policy and employment policy for the provision of scientific, legal, documentary and editorial assistance expertise to its members, rapporteurs, bodies and services. This request for services entrusted to external consultants is one of the measures taken to provide members with better services in order to strengthen and enhance the Committee of the Regions' consultative work within the framework of the legislative process.
The spheres of activity covered by this call for tenders reflect the Committee of the Regions' political priorities from the perspective of local and regional authorities in the following indicative areas of activity:
— employment policy and related policies,
— labour mobility,
— social policy and social protection,
— equal opportunities,
— gender equality,
— social economy,
— social cohesion and integration,
— demographic change and related policies,
— childcare and child support.
The framework contract could be renewed automatically up to 1 times, for a maximum period of 12 months, unless written notification to the contrary is sent by one of the parties and received by the other 3 months before expiry of the period.
