— Erdarbeiten welche mit dem Rückbau und dem Neubau von Anlagen und Einrichtungen einhergehen - Fundamentierungsarbeiten für provisorische Beleuchtungsmasten,

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

NA 12 Die Umsetzarbeiten (Aufständerungen) der Wegebeleuchtung inkl. Sicherheitsbeleuchtung waren erforderlich, da nicht geplante Strahlarbeiten (Sandstrahlverfahren) in den Bereichen 3.OG West/Südtrakt und 1. OG Südtrakt/Osttrakt durchgeführt wurden. Diese Arbeiten waren zum Zeitpunkt der Montagen der Wegebeleuchtung/Sicherheitsbelichtung nicht bekannt und mussten wegen Aufrechterhaltung der Entfluchtung der Baustelle umgebaut werden.

NA13 Zusätzlich erforderliche Instandsetzung der Fluchtwegebeleuchtung zur Aufrechterhaltung der Fluchtwege aus dem Deutschen Museum und der Baustellensicherheit. Die Leistungen können nur durch die Firma KBS erbracht werden, da KBS im Rahmen ihres ursprünglichen Auftrags für die Instandhaltung, Kontrolle und Funktionstüchtigkeit des Systems verantwortlich ist.
