Gospodarski subjekt mora u postupku javne nabave dokazati upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana. Kao dostatan dokaz kojim se dokazuje stručna sposobnost Naručitelj će prihvatiti sljedeće dokumente: Izvadak iz sudskog,obrtnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra u državi članici njegova poslovnog nastana.
