Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über
1. Pflege und Instandhaltung von bereits im Einsatz befindlichen Hard- und Softwarekomponenten (Appliances) im Netzwerksicherheitsumfeld der Deutschen Bundesbank. Die Komponenten sind seit Erwerb bzw. Überlassung durchgehend Inhalt von Instandhaltungs- bzw. Pflegevereinbarungen.
Übersicht der vorhandenen Hard- und Softwarekomponenten im Netzwerksicherheitsumfeld, für die Pflege bzw. Instandhaltungsleistungen zu erbringen sind:
49 Stück Firewall-Appliance inkl. redundanten Netzteilen und zusätzliche Netzwerkkarten;
9 Stück Firewall-Lizenzen (VPN-Umfeld);
5 Stück Firewall Mgmt Appliances;
1 Stück Zwei-Faktor Authentifizierungssoftware mit insg. ca. 7 500 lizenzierten Usern;
11 Stück Contentscanner, Websecurity Appliances;
1 Stück Lizenz/Subscription für 10 000 User;
1 Stück Antivirus Subscription für 10 000 User;
4 Stück Contentscanner, Websecurity Policy Server;
13 Stück Web-Proxy Appliances;
1 Stück URL-Filter Lizenz für 10 000 User.
2. Kauf von Soft- und Hardwarekomponenten (Neu- und Ersatzbeschaffung) für die Netzwerksicherheits-Infrastruktur sowie deren Pflege und Instandhaltung.
3. Kauf von Zusatzdiensten (z. B. Subscription von Software-Blades).
4. Optional: Erbringung von technischen Dienstleistungen im Netzwerkssicherheitsumfeld (Professional Services), maximal 120 Tage p. a. innerhalb der maximalen Laufzeit von 5 Jahren. Eine Verpflichtung zur Abnahme dieser Leistung besteht nicht..
Zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung dieser Vergabebekanntmachung ist die Benennung der konkreten Hersteller und Produkte aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht möglich. Die Netzwerksicherheits-Infrastrukturen bestehen aus marktüblichen Systemen bekannter Hersteller und folgender Gattungen: Firewall-Appliance, Authentisierungsserver, Content- und Virenscanner sowie URL-Filter.
