All potential suppliers interested in participating in this competition should in the 1st instance complete the online Supplier Accreditation and Passporting process. This will enable potential suppliers to demonstrate they meet mandatory standards, establish their financial and other capability and capacity thresholds; and to express their interest in these contract(s) in writing. Upon completion of the process all participating, eligible potential suppliers, will receive ‘accreditation’ as an organisation that the Department would consider, subject to the specific requirements of the provisions, to contract with. An indication will also be provided as to the indicative maximum contract value that DWP would consider awarding to that potential supplier. This accreditation will remain valid for a period of up to 12 months. Additional guidance will also be provided in the Virtual Data Room which potential suppliers are advised to review to gain a better understanding of DWP requirements and preferences.
The Authority intends to host a number of market engagement event(s) to discuss with potential suppliers the policy, commercial and financial aspects of the requirement prior to finalising the specification and associated bidding documentation. More information about the event will be published on our electronic tendering system Bravo: https://dwp.bravosolution.co.uk
