Kansaneläkelaitos (myöhemmin myös Kela) pyysi tarjousta IT-palvelupäällikköresurssista sen IT-palvelujen tulosyksikön IT-tuotantoyksikköön.

Asiantuntijapalvelun kilpailutus koski sopimuskautta, joka oli jaettu vuodelle 2022 ajoittuvaan varsinaiseen sopimuskauteen ja mahdolliseen vuoden mittaiseen optiokauteen.

Hankinnan kohde ja vähimmäisvaatimukset oli kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.

Alustava arvio hankittavasta työmäärästä oli 220-440 henkilötyöpäivää (htp), josta varsinaiselle sopimuskaudelle kohdentuisi arviolta 220 htp ja mahdolliselle optiokaudelle vastaava määrä. Arvion todettiin olevan suuntaa-antava.
