A műszaki leírásban részletesen meghatározott kommunikációs feladatok elvégzése legfeljebb a nettó 1 469 492 126 Ft + áfa, azaz Egymilliárd-négyszázhatvankilencmillió-négyszázkilencvenkettőezer-százhuszonhat forint + általános forgalmi adó keretösszeg kimerüléséig.
