With approximately 12 400 properties, Magenta Living is the largest registered provider of affordable housing in Wirral.

Wirral Partnership Homes wishes to enter into contract(s) for the provision of property cleaning and clearance services to owned or managed social housing, sheltered accommodation and other properties, gardens and adjacent areas, each with an option to extend twice at the end of each period, each time by up to a further 1 year at Magenta Living's discretion. The total duration of each contract could be up to 5 years.
