Study to review the implementation of the Beijing Platform for Action in the EU – Beijing +25
To support the monitoring of international commitments of the EU and member states by providing the necessary evidence on the major achievements and set-backs in gender equality when implementing objectives of the BPfA in the context of EU policy priorities and targets since Beijing +20 and to provide recommendations for further actions.
The specific objectives are: to overview the developments of gender equality institutional mechanisms and gender mainstreaming at EU level; based on existing Beijing indicators and EU wide data and information, assess progress in gender equality across the EU since 2013 in 12 critical areas of concern of the BPfA; identify key challenges that remain in each area; provide good examples of national and policy measures to promote gender equality; and propose recommendations for further actions to promote gender equality.
The tasks will be performed on the Contractor’s premises or places indicated in the tender. Meetings between the Contractor and EIGE will be held on EIGE premises in Vilnius or in Brussels.

1 authorised representative of each tenderer may attend the opening of the bids as an observer. Companies are requested to notify their intention at the latest 2 working days in advance to the contact address indicated in Section I of this notice with a notification containing the ref. number of the procedure, an authorisation document signed by an empowered staff member and the name of the person
Section VI: Complementary information
Within 2 months of the notification of the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
