Lot 3 comprises web production services for open source web content management. In order to boost the capacity of EMSA's communication team, the Agency occasionally requires web production, and evolutive maintenance services on the Agency's chosen web content management system (Joomla!). All prices shall be based on man/day(s) (7.5 hours) provided for offsite (remote) consulting. Tenderers shall demonstrate the knowledge and proven capacity specified in Section 15.5 of the tender specifications. Samples shall be provided with the bid in line with the quality criteria (Section 16 of the tender specifications).

Lot 5 comprises graphic design and layout services to cover infographics and illustrations as well as the layout of EMSA publications.

a) Graphic design

EMSA's publications and website require the provision of professionally-designed infographics and illustrations, including charts, workflow graphics and maps (size: A5 or A4 page). Based on a briefing from EMSA, the contractor shall produce adequate visuals. Designers shall cater for the possibility of EMSA having at least two phases for re-design or finalisation of a draft visual. Delivery shall be by email of a digital, editable file (e.g. .ai, .tiff or .indd file) with no royalty restrictions. Tenderers shall also offer a quotation for a man-day rate (based on a 7.5-hr day) and curricula vitae for a minimum of 2 experts. Samples shall be provided with the bid in line with the quality criteria (Section 16 of the tender specifications).

b) Layout services

EMSA may require additional assistance for the layout of publications, including technical reports, trifold leaflets and 4/8-page brochures, etc. Tenderers shall cater for the possibility of EMSA having at least 2 phases for re-design or finalisation of a draft layout. Delivery shall be by email of a digital, editable file (e.g. .indd or .indt) with no royalty restrictions. Tenderers should offer quotations for a man-day rate (based on a 7.5-hr day), the layout of the publications listed, as well as curricula vitae for a minimum of two experts. Samples shall be provided with the bid in line with the quality criteria (Section 16 of the tender specifications).
