The Council has appointed a multi-disciplinary professional design team that will work in partnership with the authority through the development stage to develop restoration proposals for West Smethwick Park, its historic features and produce designs for a new pavilion. The team will comprise landscape architectural and architectural design expertise together with all other associated disciplines necessary to take forward the development elements of the project. In addition we also require specialists in community consultation, engagement and green space management and development.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Sandwell MBC has incorporated a standstill period at the point information on the award of contract was communicated to tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which was for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
