Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust ITSM Managed Service Replacement
This is the second alteration to the procurement as a result of Covid-19. The Trust wishes to provide adequate time for both its staff and bidders to deal with Covid-19 responsibly and to allow the Trust resources in the short term to focus on the provision of front line critical services.
This procurement is for the replacement of the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust's service desk and ITSM managed service. The contract also covers the full replacement of Trust end user computing devices and associated management and support of those devices for the term.

This date has been further altered to provide more time for bidders to provide quality Tender responses in light of the additional pressure from Covid-19. The Trust must also free up staff for the foreseeable future to provide critical frontline services. This is the second such extension and the Trust reserves the right to further extend on these grounds.
