Multimedia Platform of the European Parliament and Services. Lot 1: EP Multimedia Platform; Lot 2: Video Publishing Platform for Web Communication
The objective of this call for tender is to commission the multimedia platform of the European Parliament, and to provide related services; such platform will be the official website of all media produced by the European Parliament (EP) and in support of EP communication activities;

• Lot 2: Video publishing platform for web communication.
EP Multimedia Platform
The center of the operations takes place in the European Parliament in Brussels, but operations might take place in all the member states of the EU.
The multimedia platform of the European Parliament is the official public available repository of the media production of the Secretariat of the European Parliament, managed by the Directorate-General for Communication (DG COMM).
Initial duration shall be for 12 months, renewal yearly up to a total of 60 months.
Video Publishing Platform for Web Communication
The web communication unit produces a wide range of editorial products for the general public, in 24 languages, about what is happening in the Parliament, namely: stories, videos, infographics, canvas posts, gifs, Facebook live session, etc. The web communication unit publishes on the news section of the European Parliament website but also on numerous social media platforms, among others, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube.
