Psykiatrisen sairaalahoidon kodinomainen hoitosänky potilashuoneisiin.
Sängyn tulee toimia täysin mekaanisesti ilman virtalähdettä. Sängyn tulee olla kiinteä kokonaisuus, jossa ei ole potilaalla mahdollisuutta irrottaa osia, sängyssä ei saa esim. olla sähköjohtoja. Tarjotun tuotteen tulee täyttää kaikki hoitosänkyjä koskevat direktiivit ja säädökset.

Psykiatrisen sairaalahoidon potilassängyt erityisturvalliseen turvamoduuliin, sängyt sijoitetaan psyykkisesti erittäin vakavasti oireilevien potilaiden turvamoduuliyksikköön. Sängyn tulee olla kiinteä kokonaisuus, jossa potilaalla ei ole mahdollisuutta irrottaa osia. Sängyn painolla estetään, että potilas ei pysty nostamaan / siirtämään sänkyä omin voimin, ja näin voidaan taata potilaalle turvalliset olosuhteet. Tarjotussa sängyssä ja sen rakenteissa tulee huomioida ja minimoida potilaan itsensä vahingoittamisen riskit. Sängyssä tulee olla valmius laittaa potilas lepositeisiin.
