The services to be provided under the contract to be awarded include the hosting of the EMSA Business Continuity Facility in the contractor’s premises in Madrid area, bundled with all related essential services for network connectivity; power and cooling; access control and security; on demand ‘remote hands’ services; move services to relocate the EMSA BCF; access for EMSA staff and its delegates and facilities to execute recovery procedures from the Contractor premises in case of need; 24/7 coverage for the mentioned services.;.
