The EIB Group requires hosting of its digital platforms, applications and tools as used in its external communications. The services to be provided are:
(a) provision of a highly available and secure private cloud (24/7),
(b) strong and up-to-date security of private cloud,
(c) monitoring, maintenance and support of infrastructure,
(d) contract transition support.
