Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

In der Halle Luft- und Raumfahrt 2.UG ist eine Schmutzwasseranlage aus dem Bestand zu erneuern. Die Bestandshebeanlage wurde über die lange Bauzeit so sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, dass hier eine Erneuerung erforderlich ist. Für die Zeit des Einbaus der neuen Hebeanlage ist außerdem ein temporäres Provisorium für die Umbauarbeiten erforderlich. In der Luft- und Raumfahrthalle 2. UG ist eine Regenwasserhebeanlage aus dem Bestand zu erneuern. Die Bestandsanlage wurde umgesetzt und provisorisch neu angeschlossen. Für die neue Regenwasserhebeanlagen haben sich zum Stand der Ausschreibung die techischen Anforderungen geändert, so dass eine kleinere Anlage gebaut werden kann
