The provisions on price regulations in the draft of the framework agreement, point 8, first section, has been changed to:

'The prices can be index regulated twice a year, on 15 March and 15 July. SSB's index will be used for the first turnover domestic. The first time the contract can be regulated is 15 July 2023.

The prices of products in product group 4 'fruit and vegetables' can be regulated weekly based on documentable price changes at the tenderer. '
