Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme des ESTW Lindau (UZ Lindau) sind im Konten Lindau auf der Strecke 5362 (Bahn-km 141,5 bis Bahn-km 153,1), Strecke 4530 (Bahn-km 20,9 bis Bahn-km 22,5), Strecke 5421 (Bahn-km 0,0 bis Bahn-km 2,3) und der Strecke 5420 (Bahn-km 0,0 bis Bahn-km 5,9) umfangreiche Kabeltiefbau- und Leitungsverlegungsarbeiten durchzuführen. Darüber hinaus sind Gründungsarbeiten für Signalmasten, Rückbau der alten Signalanlagen sowie Straßenbauarbeiten Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Beim Schneiden von Alt-Kabeln durch das Projekt ABS 48 wurden am 25.9.2019 im Bereich von Hergatz mit Gras überwachsene Kabel (2 Stück) beschädigt. (Kabel-Nummer: 842) Am 25.9.2019 wurde dem AN MHEL durch die Projektleitung fernmündlich angeordnet, diesen Schaden zu beheben, um den Bahnbetrieb sicherzustellen
