The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) housing management is looking to appoint the services of 2 multi-disciplinary construction services professional firms to assist with the management of the external improvement works required at Adair and Hazelwood Towers.

The contract is divided into 2 lots namely:

Lot 1: Principal Designer and Clerk of Works;

Lot 2: Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor, Project Planner and Design Services.

A single professional services firm will be appointed onto each lot.
