La ville de Niort produit une grande quantité de déchets lors de l'exécution de ses missions, tant à destination des usagers que pour son propre fonctionnement.

La consultation comprend douze lots.

Durée de l'accord-cadre est fixée à quatre ans à compter de sa notification.

L'accord-cadre est mixte. Il est ainsi exécuté en partie par l'émission de bons de commande et en partie par la conclusion de marchés subséquents.

La partie à bons de commande de l'accord-cadre concerne les fournitures identifiées dans le BPU.

Des marchés subséquents seront mis en œuvre en cas de nouveaux contenants ou sous-déchets non identifiés au BPU.

L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire (un seul titulaire par lot).
