Note:

Mandatory visit to the premise:

There will be a compulsory visit to the premises on: 8.6.2016 (10:00) at the following address: Parlamentarium — the European Parliament's Visitor Centre, rue Wiertz 60, 1047 Brussels, BELGIUM.

Compulsory presentation of tenders:

In order to evaluate the tenders better, the relevant European Parliament department will organise a compulsory presentation of the tenders at the European Parliament offices in Brussels, where each tenderer will be expected to present their tender/s to the evaluation committee, where no more than 1 hour per tenderer will be permitted per presentation.

The presentations will take place on 8 and 9.9.2016 in the European Parliament's offices in Brussels.

The exact address and time slots for the presentations will be communicated to the tenderers at the beginning of September.
