II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Oriel is a joint venture between Moorfields Eye Hospital (MEH), University College London (UCL) and Moorfields Eye Charity to design and build a new 39 500 m2, purpose-built centre of excellence for eye care, research and education.

It is proposed to relocate all services at Moorfields Eye Hospital on City Road and the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology on Bath Street, to a new, integrated facility at our preferred site at St Pancras Hospital.

The successful contractor will be appointed via a two stage design and build tender process, with competitive dialogue.

The current design team will not be novated to the successful contractor and are likely to be retained by the client.

In order to access all aspects of this project, you are required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to receive any further documentation and/or to participate. The authority will not provide access to any applicant who does not complete the Agreement in its existing form.

In order to access all aspects of this project, you are required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to receive any further documentation and/or to participate. The authority will not provide access to any applicant who does not complete the Agreement in its existing form.

The NDA will be issued and signed electronically using Adobe Echosign.

To receive the NDA, please do the following:

1) Send a message to tenders@camerons.uk.com with detail of details of the duly authorised persons (two Directors/Partners) in your organisation who can sign the Agreement. Please provide the names and email addresses of both signatories.

2) Once received, you will receive notification via Adobe Sign for signature, please follow these instructions for signing to take place.

3) When the Agreement has been signed by both signatories, you will be invited to a new Tenderbox so that you can access all of the tender documents (after contract notice release) and submit your response/raise clarifications, etc.
