Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The following documents are with the requests to participate candidates put forward by each of the Group:
— for execution in the German language (minimum criteria);
— declaration of reliability (in the case of consortia, each member will complete and sign within the meaning of § 21 of the law) — SektVO, liquidity and proper payment of contributions, the minimum requirements of suitability;
— Current extract (no older than 2014) from the commercial register or the professional register (foreign candidates, of an equivalent document issued by a judicial or administrative authority in the home country with an officially recognised translation available);
— In the case of a consortium a Bewerbergemeinschaftserklärung;

The contracting authority, for technical and economic reasons not based on a division into lots.
The benefit is awarded in negotiated procedures following SektVO with upstream waste water, open call for competition, that is to say, the adequacy of the expertise, efficiency and reliability is checked and assessed. The detailed evaluation criteria and their weighting in the tender documents which will be sent upon request. Up to 5 participants are first invited to submit an indicative offer.
