Operation, development and maintenance of a European marine observation and data network.
The European Commission represented for the purposes of this call for tenders by the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) wishes to conclude 6 service contracts.
There are 6 lots: lot 1: geology, lot 2: seabed habitats, lot 3: physics, lot 4: chemistry, lot 5: biology, lot 6: human activities.
The objective is to further develop an operational service where marine data is made interoperable and freely available and to further develop data products based on observations of the sea, providing free and open access to these data products and to the observations on which these data products were built.
The tasks are to be performed at the premises designated by the contractor. A maximum of 6 coordination meetings with EASME and/or the European Commission will be held in Brussels or Ostend.

The contract may be renewed for up to 24 additional months depending on the future needs and on the budget availability.
