Tiekėjas už suteiktas paslaugas per 1 mėnesį per VĮ Registrų centro tvarkomą informacinę sistemą „E. sąskaita“ pirkėjui pateikia PVM sąskaitą faktūrą, o pirkėjas ją apmoka per 30 kalendorinių dienų nuo jos gavimo.

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

Tiekėjo prievolių įvykdymas užtikrinamas pirkimo sutartyje numatytomis baudomis (tiekėjui nepateikus pirkėjui pasirašyti priėmimo– perdavimo akto ir neperdavus pirkėjui elektrinės sutartyje nustatytu terminu, tiekėjas įsipareigoja mokėti pirkėjui baudą, kurios dydis – 5 proc. nuo bendros sutarties vertės be PVM; jeigu yra nepasiekta sutartyje nustatyta pagaminti elektros kiekio per ataskaitinius metus reikšmė, pirmaisiais ir vėlesniais metais tiekėjas moka pirkėjui baudą, kuri apskaičiuojama sutartyje nustatyta tvarka).
